BY APPOINTMENT ONLY I lock the door while in services longer than 15 minutes
so don't be alarmed if you arrive and can't get in. There are two
benches outside where you can relax if the weather is
nice, otherwise if you are early you might want to wait in your car. I
will come unlock the door for you when I am able to step out of the
treatment room.
Online booking is the preferred method. It can be done multiple times for multiple services... keep that in mind when searching for your first appointment so you can note if there are going to be times available after for a second or third service. The online scheduling system does not use your information for
solicitation, it is secure and it will send
you vital info so please don't give it bogus info.
If it won't let you book more, it is because there isn't enough time. That being said, Moss appointments are blocked with plenty of time for you to have the service you want.
*Appointments booked for 2 hours or more will need to be pre-paid and can not be canceled with less than 48 hours notice.
Although we love friends and children, if they don't have an appointment please don't bring them... for safety, timing, sanitation and security reasons...
I can explain if necessary, but really, just try not to.
ABOUT CANCELING & NO SHOWS
Moss has become a popular place & your appointment time is valuable. You can change your appointment by canceling and rescheduling through the email you get after booking. If you cancel 24 hours in advance or less it can be hard for another
person to take your reservation... please be considerate when you cancel
it affects others who would like an appointment.
About last minute cancellations: Things come up and I understand, it happens...
I request and require that you pay half of the cost of the booked service if you cancel on short notice (24 hours
or less) or if you no-show for your reserved time. Rebooking is nice but it doesn't make up for the lost time if you miss your appointment. Repeated misses probably means we aren't a good match and you may be blocked from booking online.
