Because there is no receptionist at Moss: Please click the "schedule now" button above to be served best when you need an appointment, phone calls and email may not be returned the same day. If you
book an appointment and don't get a confirmation email you probably
don't have an appointment. The online scheduler will give you an
appointment the same day (if it is available) with only two hours lead
time of the next available slot. Also, you may need to wait outside if you arrive early as the door is usually locked at the beginning of appointments lasting longer than 15 minutes.

If you have a concern after having a service at moss please call and let me know asap. Although rare, if you seem to be having an allergic reaction, over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream is usually the first thing to apply and oral Benedryl if necessary. Often after waxing redness and small bumps can be seen for a few days, this is especially true for people new to waxing or doing it after a long grow-in time. Of course, if you have severe symptoms contact your doctor.
